Italy In February

Hi everyone!

I generally don’t post much about myself or life, but thought I’d let you all know where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to before diving into wedding world again next week!

The husband and I disappeared for eight days to Italy, to visit the romance saturated cities of Florence and Venice, with a little side trip to Pisa for fun.  It was delightfully visual, though actually colder there than it is here in Wisconsin, but worth it to get away, sleep a lot, and generally walk miles on hundred-year-old cobblestones.

For some reason, the lighting in Italy (and Greece too) always seems to love the camera, and even before I start playing with Photoshop, I thought I’d share some of my favorites from the trip.  You might even be inspired to use Carnivale as an inspiration for your wedding theme (it would be colorful and gorgeous, not to mention incredible fun!).

Ohhhh… my canals! Did you swing by Capelli and tell all the Jewelry I said hello and that I’m taking good care of their old buddy? :)
